गडकरी का सच क्यों नहीं दिखाता मीडिया?- NBT. Good write up by Vishnu Srivastava
बिका हुआ भारतीय मीडिया यह कहने में अपने को शर्मसार महसूस नहीं कह रहा है कि अब आया ऊंट पहाड़ के नीचे। अरविन्द केजरीवाल को गडकरी के मानहानि के केस में दो साल की सजा निश्चित है। कितना सुकून और गर्व मह्सूस करते हैं ये देश के न्यूज़ चेनेल, जिन्हें आज के जयचन्द और मीर ज़ाफ़र कहने में कोई सकोच नही है? कितने pervert हैं अपने चेनेल- और पेशे को बेच खाने वाले ये लोग? एक बार यह नहीं समझा और समझाया कि यदि अपराध सत्य सिद्ध हो गया तो अपराधी का क्या होगा? कितनी सजा भोगनी होगी उसे? क्या होगा उसका भविष्य? वैसे तो भविष्य की चिन्ता नेक इन्सान को ज्यादा होती है न कि किसी भ्रष्टाचारी को जिसने पहले ही अपनी सात पीढ़ियों के लिये पूरी व्यवस्था कर दी हो। क्या अपने आकाओं का चाटुकार, बिका हुआ मीडिया, अपने पेशे और नैतिक दायित्व को भूले पत्रकार, रिपोर्टर, एडिटर यह नहीं बताएंगे कि:
> नितिन गडकरी को अब अदालत में अपनी सारी संपत्तियों और बिजली और चीनी बनाने वाली कंपनियों का ब्यौरा देना पड़ेगा?
> नागपुर में 100 एकड़ ज़मीन कैसे मिली यह भी बताना पड़ेगा?
> यह भी साफ़ करना पड़ेगा कि पूर्ति ग्रुप में निवेश करने वाली कंपनियों के पते फ़र्ज़ी क्यों हैं?
> उनका ड्राइवर कैसे कई कंपनियों का डायरेक्टर बन गया?
> उस ड्राइवर ने एक दो साल में ऐसा क्या किया कि उसके पास करोड़ों रुपए आ गए और वह कंपनी का मालिक बनकर गडकरी की कंपनी में पैसे लगाने लगा?
> सड़क बनाने वाली कंपनी आईआरबी कोई वित्तीय कंपनी नहीं है। गडकरी को इस पर भी स्पष्टीकरण देना पड़ेगा कि आईआरबी ने उन्हें 164 करोड़ रुपए क्यों दिए?
> यह भी बताना पड़ेगा कि शिवसेना-बीजेपी शासन में जब गडकरी पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री थे तब आईआरबी को ही सभी कॉन्ट्रैक्ट क्यों मिले?
> इन्ही आरोपों के कारण गडकरी को दो साल पहले भाजपा के अध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफ़ा देना पड़ा था? अभी तक निरुत्तर थे गडकरी। क्या अब भाजपा शासित देश के राजनीतिक माहौल का लाभ उठाना चाहते हैं गडकरी?
> यदि गडकरी के भ्रष्टाचार की जांच उच्च न्यायालय या सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मार्गदर्शन में होती है तो क्या केंद्र या राज्य सरकार का राजनीतिक दवाब काम करेगा? more

The gap between the handful of corporate owners and rest is increasing dangerously with system helpless to control it. It shall shock you to learn that income of Wheat and Rice Farmers & Labor in India with 700m Population is just half of Tatas & Ambanis families each. In Industrial system if the owner of 24 odd companies, Gadkari wants to hide himself on papers and run the business via dummy directors who are a part of his match fixing design then democracy cannot function for long. This Gadkari Modus Operandi and forceful exposure under pressure is the true face of Business code of conduct in India. How can a system in India allow one person to manipulate Directors in 24 companies? A reality check on the system nursed nationally by BJP for five years and Congress for 60 years with no improvements but match fixing as and when required in the broken system speaks the bitter truth. Politicians, investors and corporate have reduced the largest democracy called India to a laughing stock for the world. more

what a great lines I read above "Since PM has promised the Nation that he will remove corruption at all levels ; I am sure he will initiate prompt and unbiased actions." That means NaMo is not aware of the wrongdoings of Gadkari. lol more

The ground reality: The investigating authorities have given clean chit to him in most cases and in rest cases also till date no any concrete evidence has been placed before the Court. Surface reality: We all know Gadkari ji is a poor, hard working social person. Every single penny he owns is hard earned. The I-T Investigation wing had completed its probe into the Purti case in 2012. It found several irregularities and levied a fine of Rs. 7 crore on the company. The case was then sent to the Assessment wing, where it is still pending. On January 24 in Nagpur, a day after he demitted the office of the BJP President, Mr Gadkari said "nobody would save the Income Tax authority when the BJP came to power at the Centre." "As BJP president I had to maintain dignity and work within boundaries.... Now I am a free man. Congress' boat is about to sink and when our party comes to power, there would be no Chidambaram or Sonia to save them (IT officials)," Mr Gadkari had said addressing party workers. The IRS association has also demanded security for officials working on this case. more
