Sub :- Bookings of Sr. Citizens and old females.
Sir. I booked five tickets on 31/8/19 of family members from udaipur to Haridwar for 30/9/19 in second
two tier AC to perform last rituals of mother , out of which IRCTC offered me three conformed seats
refer PNR No. 2400599721 rpt. 2400599721
Unfortunately non of the five seats having LOWER BERTHS whereas I had opted for at least TWO lower for
me (Age 70 Yrs and wife 62 Yrs) at the time of booking thro. IRCTC , reason I am Heart patient and wife
can not climb up due to knee replacements.
I request you kindly instruct your good office to allot at least two lower berths and oblige.

KINDLY ALSO MAKE CHANGE IN RESERVATION POLICY AND ALLOTMENT OF SEATS BE MADE AT TIME OF PREPARATION
OF CHARTS OR A DAY IN ADVANCE TO AVOID SUCH ANOMALIES IN BOOKINGS AND RIGHT PERSON GETS RIGHT SEAT.
THIS IS A FREQUENT PROBLEM AND MOST OTHERS ALSO SUFFER LIKE THIS.
