Refund of Fixed Deposit placed with Ansal Properties
After writing to them I’m told to put up a case of hardship which they will put up to their Hardship Committee who meet once a month for consideration. This I have been advised by their FD Dept to submit every month.
I ask this. This is my money which I placed with Ansal on trust and as per RBI guidelines. The FDs have matured 5 years ago and now I have to beg and plead with them to give my money back. Is there no justice in this country where a co-morbid 73 year old retired man can go to for justice?
