Seat Belt Fine For Cars - Unfair
The Seat Belt Fine is harassment of four wheelers – cars.
In the city the speed is automatically limited due to heavy traffic and seat belt may not be needed.
Police stop cars only and ask fine.
Trucks, buses, heavy vehicles, etc etc do not wear seat belt. All of this is not fined.
The city has rickshaws, chagdas, jeeps, tractors, trailers, milk vans, etc etc all do not have seat belt. They are not fined.
Rickshaws, chagdas, tractors with trailers, jeeps, milk van, etc etc all do not have seat belt. They overload passengers, drive dangerously. All of this is not fined.
In the city signals are not followed, wrong side driving is done, free left side turn is blocked. All of this is not fined.
So why fine only cars for not wearing seat belt. This is unfair.
We are blindly following Western Country Law but we have never realized that Western Countries Do Not Have Rickshaws, Chagdas, Tractor Trailers, carrying passengers.
We request the Government to remove this unfair law immediately which only increase corruption and causes nuisance to car drivers.
