POPULAR EXPRESS TRAIN PLYING DAILY BETWEEN CHENNAI CENTRAL TO BENGALURU CITY SHOULD BE PROVIDED PANTRY CAR FACILITY WHICH IT HAD EARLIER TO CATER THE PASSENGERS TRAVELING AROUND 6 HOURS TO THE DESTINATION AS THE TRAIN LEAVES AT 7.50 AM DAILY FROM CHENNAI CENTRAL. UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS OF UNTESTED FOOD MAKE GOOD BUSINESS CLAIMING THAT NO PANTRY CAR ON THE TRAIN.

The reasons given are valid and relevant . The journey is 6hous , unauthorized food caterers are supplying and supply of untested food. If any thing happens no ne to take responsibility . more

thanks for sharing your experience sir. These days the complaints are seemingly taken seriously to be addressed. lets not give up as we could not be mute spectators like other passengers though it would benefit all those who travel , eventually more

Sir you need the visit the pantry car and the cook how he prepares Dosa etc. No one will eat. No use of complaining. At least I have complained to IRCTC 10 times during the last years.
All the complaints promptly acknowledged over mobile saying ' Your complaint/feedback has been successfully acknowledged with ID No.........and after two/three months a reply will come stating ' Your ID No........ has been inquired & necessary corrective action has been taken. Thanks for your valuable feedback. The problem will continue. The Manager of Pantry car will never visit the coaches and enquire one or two passengers whether the food served is in order/what price he was charged/whether the quantity is as specified? Last time when I called the Manager who daringly say that I have lots of things to do in the Car itself, how can spend time in doing this.
I will not bring the complaint book do whatever you want to do.
