COURTS SHOULD NOT HAVE SUMMER & WINTER HOLIDAYS LIKE SCHOOLS - ALL CASES SHOULD BE DECIDED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF FILING . THE COURTS IN THIS COUNTRY HAVE BEEN ENJOYING SUMMER & WINTER VACATIONS, while the Appellants, who have filed a case keep on waiting for judgements for ENDLESS YEARS. This is the root cause of Corruption & arm twisting as well. I STRONGLY feel that SUPREME COURT should INTROSPECT and discontinue this age old practice since the BRITISH RAJ & cancel the SUMMER & WINTER VACATIONS OF ALL COURTS at ALL levels . Hence forth - A time limit be fixed for All the Court Cases and they should be decided with in ONE YEAR Maximum. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.
The Petition was also marked to:
prime minister of india

Existing Vacations only keep Judges, Advocates pleasant rebuilding mental caliber. Their work is not like that of an Assistant, Accountant, Officer, Engineer etc., . Even Doctors need daily recess hours to make them fit to lead successful diagnose, prescribe and operate .

Summer Vacations make the Clients , Witnesses pleasant and, they cannot bare the Hot Summer and is the fact please . more
