I book my railway ticket from irctc Mobil app.but since 2nd July my account is not opening. I have mailed this to customer care several times and they have issued 5 ticket ID for each of my complain but my problem was not solved. i have called minimum 10 times to the customer care every time they said me "we have refreshed your account after 5min you open your account." Different customer care executives are telling different stories. It is not possible on my part to go to station every time to book my tickets. sorry to say till today I am unable to open my account book tickets to travel for my medical check up which I have shared with them Irctc is not solving my problem. I am an senior citizen every time it is not possible call the customer care to solve the problem. It is a harrassment to a customer. My request to ministry and chairman railway board to intervene to make my irctc account functional and customer care executives should be active to help the customers
