Kejriwal Government has Failed to transform Governance or Bureaucracy and Fix accountablity
All grievances on pgms.delhi.gov.in , Emails, Twitter handles or MLA office just get Disposed, Forwarded multiple times, ignored.
MLAs are unapproachable and have assigned offices to their trusted ones who just create their own empire.
Development works are just being carried in traditional way without coordination or supervision between departments.
Roads are Dug, Laid and again Dug sheerly due to lack of accountability of project in-charges.
