Indian Executive diluted the issue of Justice though JUDICIARY through various Judgments directed guarding public interest. SC in 1963, 72, 78, 79, 83, 87, 92, and 95, confined and suggested at public interest WHILE THE CONGRESS AND THEIR ALLIES with set Community and Trade links , lead the whole issue of JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political grossly failed in case of the general public and the poor striving . The 2011 Statistics prove the outcome of this Selfish aspire of Political Power Thirst.
As at 1987 itself, the Cases Pending in S.C. and High Courts mounted such that ADDITIONAL 10 YEARS TIME WILL TAKE for completing the pending 10 to 15 years Cases. It means, Cases from 1972 or, 75 were pending with them as at 87 which now increased to Lakhs of pending Cases.
THIS IS ALL DUE TO THE CONGRESS AND THEIR ALLIES KEPT THE COURTS and Judiciary over loaded will fully maintaining insufficient No. of Courts and , inadequate Number of JUDGES .
The Reforms proposed by these localcircles.com on JUDICIARY, E.C., Political Parties, PRINT AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA are to be fast concluded. more
