Illegal constructions in Delhi
In 1981 the government allowed to build 2 floors above existing structures without making changes in the foundation
Identical to the ground floor was allowed along with a barsaati floor with 1 toilet and a kitchen
First floor was sold to a woman in 1982 and barsaati floor to another person at 1/5 cost
Water reservoirs were at basement and roof of the buildings
Extra water connection was issued for 1st floor
Water was denied to the woman owner from both ends the common roof and the basement
1985 lots of rooms were added to the ground floor and barsaati floor making the woman owner sandwiched between the two parties
Is it a crime to work hard and build own units for the women of this country
We want justice for the women, seniors and widows of posh colonies as the never ending bullying by the devious parties is increasing while the health of the seniors and the flats with illegal structures are crumbling
