dear sir, i booked a ticket, screen says try again as computer has failed to respond. so I book again and ticket is booked, later after 15 min bank messages two transaction where as my phone does-not get any message, same train same person same ip address no fool will book twice, but railways feel, i had to go back to history to check back, it is crystal clear fault of computer but i had to pay double as it cannot be cancelled also. SMS SERVICES have become very poor.
