Eretative Power supply / Power cuts
The consumers / electric users have to pay electricity bills including pension surcharge in time else they are liable to pay penalty in shape of surcharge to the power/ electric supply/ transmission companies. Hence there are no regulations in favour of consumers they are in the favour of power transmission companies and balance in justice is not maintained.
!.. There are frequent power / electric break downs during day time and night too, due to which efficacy of individuals are effected resulting in men hour loss to nation and individuals and productivity goes down. What are the regulations to compensate the loss to individual consumers?
2. There are frequent fluctuations in electric voltage due to which appliances starts malfunctioning of there are breakdowns / damage of appliances resulting to loss to consumers what are the regulations to compensate consumers in such situation.
