Education is PRIME ISSUE for any Country to Sustain, grow. Ancient Policy of Free Education and Aided, also found place Constitutional Articles 45, 46, and, 15 (4). THESE WERE SET ASIDE BY GOVERNMENTS SINCE 85-90 giving up to Private Sector without any Constitutionally based Regulations.
THIS IS INDEED CHEATING THE VERY GENERATION OF THE CITIZEN. Supreme Court need to involve and direct Governments on their fundamental duties of providing Education at ease. more
