EASE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH IRCTC
1. The website has been changed recently and surprisingly, the webpage is not easily openable. It take huge time to open up.
2. Then some Didi is in saree wants to help. But the help topics are age old ones only. Why this Nautanki?
3. The Login button is now visible in red ink in regular webpage. But one has to search a lot for the same in Mobile App.
