I had opened my e wallet in 2014 in IRCTC and I used several times due to loss of memory in password I failed to use it . My Last balance was Rs 764.

Few days back I tried to use my wallet So I made a top up of Rs 500 The top up was correctly added in my wallet but while I used my wallet I got the reply that wallet was expired and it asked to renew I tried to renew with my present password but unfortunately I cannot
Renew my wallet

I approached the customer care by several mails no use no reply just they send ticket numbers No useful action They have taken So far

I am also the victim of e-wallet balance of Rs. 7311/-and unable to use because my IRCTC account become non operative due to wrong password entry. I have tried a lot and sent several mails and spoken to the customer care but of no useful action and money is lying in the wallet since 2016 more

Ridiculous, better use internet payment of SBI , if you have the facility. more
