Governor Reserve Bank of India
40 BILLION Digital transactions are expected during 2019-20. Failure of even a miniscule percentage will cause lot of citizens. I am a retired person and I do all my transactions digitally wherever possible. I got failed transactions 3 times in the last 12 months. Two got settled within a month. One is still pending. The originating bank says in writing that payment has been made to the correct party. The receipient says that the money has not come to their account. As there is no human being involved in the transactions, citizens have got no way to solve easily. This issue is now swept under the carpet. Most people who lost money due to failure of transactions get fed up and accept the loss. Now, I had appealed the Banking ombudsman for settling the case. Every citizen will not have time and resource to approach ombudsman. The RBI should have a mechanism to watch the percentage of failures and monitor the relief given the citizens.
Human error cont be identified easily. Digital offence can be best identified, located and punished in a shortest time. STILL, IT CURBS CORRUPT METHODS AT LARGE AT NATIONAL INTEREST AND THE INTEREST OF THE SOCIETY AS A WHOLE please.
It is like Offences in Ballot type of Election and EVM type of Election only more

Controlling and alerting systems already in line and still to be vigilant to arrest even any sort of misuse please more
