Clean, Hygienic and Certified FOOD at Railway Stations
Cleanliness - Often pantry cars are infested with cockroaches and rats as are the station platforms and waiting rooms.
An effective measure would be to engage with pest control services once a quarter at least
Hygiene - Is definitely improving but can be made a lot better. Hygiene for the food preparations can be ensured by adherence of FSSAI standards
Certification - FSSAI certification to be enforced and random checks implemented on the food that is served on the train as well as in the kiosks & restaurants in the Station platforms.
