Honorable Prime Minister of India
Death Claim on any insurance should not be denied at any cost for Citizens of India for not following any rules and regulations.
Read recent article in Mumbai Papers where a 20 year old died because of road accident. Insurance companies will not pay as it is mentioned in FIR copy that the driver of the bike did not wear helmet. This becomes the reason for not paying Insurance. All citizens family should be eligible for Insurance claim if he / she does not follow the Safety rules and regulations of the roads. Insurance companies will start using these rules to be mentioned in FIR copy and avoid paying claims. Insurance should be a Social Security for citizens and not money making business. Rules or Process or Procedure which denies insurance claim for any death should be scrapped.
Helmet wearing is a rule, that is compulsory, it protects your brain and not the body. Insurance, Provident Fund, ESI is social security for citizens and should not be treated as business entity to always look for profit. more

There are somany types of Insurances each differ in covering. PF, ESI are absolutely different from insurance more

It was confined that Death should not have occurred if Helmet is used. If death took place due to Head injuries where Helmet mandated compulsory, Insurance companies will not entertain the claim. more
