I HAVE HEARD A LOT ABOUT VODAFONE. BUT WHENEVER THE NEED ARISES, YOUR PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE TO HELP - NEITHER *111 HELPS, AND OF COURSE YOUR CENTRES HAVE ONLY ONE EXCUSE "OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING", SINCE I AM USING VODAFONE (APP 14 MONTHS) 4 - 5 CASES HAVE HAPPENNED WHERE MOBILE IS TOTALLY DEAD FOR 3 -5 DAYS AND NO ONE TO HELP. PLEASE PROVIDE US SOME PLACE AND SOME NUMBER WHERE WE CAN CONTACT IN SUCH EMERGENCIES
Very poor customer service. In the name of automated response system, customer is deprived of relevant services. Even the customer service executives are trained to overlook genuine concerns of the customers with sole objective of maximizing the revenue. Call drops very common even in urban cities.
fully agree that vodafone mobile services keep degrading with call drops/disconnects, with many areas not accessible to 3G (and more areas with poor 3G) - this for a company that grew its market on the back of excellent infrastructure (the dog adverts) guaranteeing basic services nationally (clear voice and sms services). its a ll a sham with more funds spent on advertising to gain new customers than on the technology and clear/full availability of services. what i do not understand, how/why the government continues to permit such poor services despite the payment/recovery of full service charges which have guaranteed deliverables that are failing.
poor service at the Vodafone gallery.. People attending customers not aware of the process. Poor response from the customer service cell when i called them to lodge a compliant against the store. Customer service executive refused to accept the call.. Poor Poor Poor!!!!
Mishandling of Mobile Number Portability. Ported my number 7406747747 from Vodafone Karnataka to Vodafone Chennai. Vodafone Karnataka raises bill and I pay before due date. Same bill amount Vodafone Chennai duplicates in other credits and demands and harasses me for payment. Before due date paid the Chennai component of Bill. Vodafone Karnataka and Vodafone Chennai wont speak with each other and ultimately the outgoing connection was cut today (18-Nov-2016). Escalating up to Nodal through mail with Invoices and receipts attached was of no use.
If u choose a RED plan below ur avg billing amount, they tell u that u r not eligible. This is a lie. Escalate to nodal office & get any RED plan u want. Moreover relationship manager stops receiving ur call when he needs to provide u a solution on a mistake that the company made (like billing). Nodal office also refuses to help & says one must contact the relationship manager only. Big cheats make u go round & round constantly. I asked them for a new number which has to be added in group (C.U.G) but they gave me an individual connection on my name and promised me that it will be added in the group within 3 days of time but they didnt add that in group after repeated visiting there office and the Customer Care Excutive didnt receive my calls. But when I started shooting mails to them they activated my new Number is CUG connection in a higher rental plan which was not required by me. So made several complains to Grievance Office, Nodal Office there Head Office In kolkata, none of them helped. And this cheaters have eaten my security deposit and have raised a bill on me. I have sent mails to Telecom Department minister but they also didn't do anything
