To their New customers they are so nice.
But, to their existing customers, they try to ignore/ misguide and they try to make them fool as much as they can.
It is upto you how strong you portray yourself , just tell them a single line, that Boss/sir/madam , give me your statement in written with your signatures OR just ask for that agent name, agent wont tell you his/her name instead will start giving you all kind of help that you need.
We can't stop going to the stores as we need services. but we can share on localcircles and together we can make these agents/representatives do their job.
1. If they misguide you that postpaid request can be taken only on the start date of the billing cycle and come again on that particular day. don't believe them, It can be given any day of the month.
2. If they tell you that prepaid connections cannot be ported to Vodafone and only postpaid connection can be done, and they try to sell you postpaid connection or tell you to get your prepaid changed to postpaid. Don't do that, portability can be done irrespective of prepaid or postpaid connections.

One day when their customer will start dropping, that day you wont have to ask their name, rather you will have to tell a single word to them,
