I asked them for a new number which has to be added in group (C.U.G) but they gave me an individual connection on my name and promised me that it will be added in the group within 3 days of time but they didnt add that in group after repeated visiting there office and the Customer Care Excutive didnt receive my calls. But when I started shooting mails to them they activated my new Number is CUG connection in a higher rental plan which was not required by me. So made several complains to Grievance Office, Nodal Office there Head Office In kolkata, none of them helped.
And this cheaters have eaten my security deposit and have raised a bill on me.
I have sent mails to Telecom Department minister but they also didn't do anything
