Because UCO bank is the only bank following RBI rules w.r.t charging of SMS alert fee from their account holders and all other bank violating and doing unethical business practices, the bank is being rated accordingly.

Inadequate branches, ATM and then not keeping pace with the time are the factors which goes against UCO Bank.
