Should aim at - 1) No left-out, 2) Regular pick-up at a scheduled time, 3) Should close the rakes properly after picking up 4) Cleaning up the place trying to achieving zero level left-out garbage.

The overall management of TMC is not just poor, it is horrendous. Everybody is just interested in increasing the FSI of societies and there is a complete disregard for basic facilities like health, garbage maintenance, water supply to new societies etc.
