there is big heap of garbage piling in front of aradhana cinema front and people are seen throwing their garbage on road openly. there few chicken sellers shop openly making the surrounding dirty. difficult to pass from that part of road without covering nose .TMC should be strict to catch the people throwing the garbage on road. put up a notice board there. and provide dust bins
