Grievance redressal system at BOI and ATM services of SBI are the worst on earth. BOI is the worst bank as far as addressing to the complaints are concerned. One can lodge online and offline complaints but nothing really works. During demonetisation, I was charged Rs.11 for a debit card transaction of Rs.200 at a Petrol Pump in Baner, Pune-45. I raised complaints through both the channels but received nothing more than an acknowledgement. Matter ended there. Even the officers at the Bank (Pashan Road Br.) are ignorant about the exact rules and failed to resolve the issue till date. And SBI ATM is just a show piece everywhere. During the whole of last week, I visited two ATMs in NCL and Pashan area at least two times daily without a success. Finally I had to withdraw from another bank ATM and almost immediately I received an SMS that I should use only SBI ATMs for security of my card. Is that not a sheer nonsense?

PUBLIC ARE GREATLEY PAINED DURING DEMON TIME OF 75 DAYS AND FELT CONTENDED THAT SITUATION MAY IMPROVE LATER BUT EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GET MINIMUM CASH FROM ATMs AND IT WILL DIFFICULT FOR ALL TO GO TO BANKS FOR DRAWL OF 3000-5000 RUPEES AND IT IS NOT EASY FOR US TO USE CREDIT OR DENIT CARDS AS STILL LARGE NO.OF SHOPS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZES DO NOT HAVE THIS FACILITY OF SWIPING. WE NEED BETTER CASH FLOW YOU FIX MAXIMUM WITHDRAWL LOW BUT CASH MUST BE AWAILABLE IN ATMs
COMING TO TAX DEFAULTERS AND LOAN DEFAULTERS YOU ARE WAVING HUGE DEFAULTS THOUGH THEY ARE ENJOYING LIFE.WE EXPECT DRASTIC ACTION ON THE DEFAULTERS HOWEVER BIG HE MAY BE.THE TACTICS YOU ARE USING FOR POOR MUST BE USED THERE ALSO

Services at SBI branches are moving downwards from best to worst. The worst affected are the senior citizens.. They are treated badly right from the entrance to seating, service providing etc..

Just check out your SBI branch entrance with its steps as whether they are senior citizen friendly...

Their flimsy ideas on banking, rate of interest in FDs, their total failure during the time of Demonetisation ,etc...... I shred to think, after amalgamation of other SBs with SBI, what will happen poor customers like me????? Here, the staff, think they are doing favour to their customers, whereas, it is reverse. Customers are doing favour to the staff to get their salaries. Very dangerous banking situation in SBI!!!!
