PM is working absolutely fine but PMO has to be more realistic and practical in resolving public grievances rather than simply forwarding the grievances to concerned authorities and forwarding the response from such authorities to the citizen. PMO should ensure that the response is not routine answer or taking shelter of technical reasons to prove that authorities are not at fault.
Similarly for suggestions, it should be ensured that suggestion is discussed in a forum rather than forwarding to the concerned person.

It seems our Prime Minister is staying under illusion that the public is brainless and hence can get away by misleading. Even the public grievance system looks to be defunct as the complaint gets closed without even looking at. It seems the complaint stands disposed off as soon as it gets forwarded irrespective of whether it is acted upon or not. Even the complaint addressed to PMO does not get into motion. Digital payment system is becoming failure as every business tries to build up assets. The glaring example is charging of transaction fee for using digital payments.

Misleading the citizens with fabricated facts and the latest use of the technology like Jumla is being taken as disrespect to the voters. It gives a feeling that in the eyes of the Prime Minister, the public is fool and hence can be misleaded.

Appreciate PM's dedication to the nation , I am jealous of his energy , wish all associated persons are also equally dedicated. Opposition should come out of petty mindedness and join hands for national cause.
