Public health services should be strengthened for overall productivity improvement of the nation. Improvement through Yoga, plays, Exercises, medical services, preventive health, fooding habits etc. need to improve with appropriate training, services through Central and State Govts. 7 also supplemented withprivate expense through CSR initiative. The Govts. must integrate the various efforts of authorities and increase the budget matching with other developing countries. Education cess can also be used for this purpode as the health training is also a part and parcel of education. Education should be looked in a wider prospective.
This will help in wider developments for present and future.

Vide Registration No.PMOPG/E/2017/0205515, I submitted a grievance bringing to PMs kind notice the extortion racket being operated by the Delhi International Airport (P) Limited (DIAL) with apparent blessings of the Civil Aviation Ministry. This is a serious issue since DIAL is doing this extortion without any fear. DIAL extorted Rs. 360 for parking of my car on Nov 11, 2016. My stay including DIAL blackmail of holding me back was less than 1 hour 50 minutes. I entered Terminal 3 parking lot at 09:09 AM and was out by 11:03 AM. This extortion happened as I was late in reaching the exit gate by 2 minutes. I was forced to go back to the parking lot and then to the payment counter. Despite my explanation that my stay is still less than 2 hours for which I had already paid Rs. 180, the parking staff forced me to pay another Rs. 180 by generating another ticket. This additional ticket was not generated by the system but by the Parking staff. In fact second parking ticket was not needed since I had not exceeded 2 hour of stay and had already paid Rs. 360 for that time. Till date, DIAL has not shown to me the rule under which they can generate a fresh ticket in case a visitor is late in reaching the exit gate. Minisry of Civil Aviation has been also stonewalling by behaving as if they have no authority over DIAL. When I filed my grievance no. MOCAV/E/2016/02140 at CPGRAMS portal, the Ministry of Civil Aviation simply closed the grievance by attaching the response from DIAL without application of its mnd. Vide my grievance no. MOCAV/E/2017/00637 at CPGRAMS, I requested the Ministry of Civil Aviation to look into this rather than be misled by DIAL. They again deselected in its duties and responsibilities by closing the case again. I am wondering why DIAL acts of misfeasance malfeasance cannot be investigated by the Ministry that controls DIAL. Accordingly, I am approaching you for necessary action into this entire incident for a proper investigation by a competent government agency other than Ministry of Civil Aviation in order to ensure that extortion by DIAL is stopped forthwith. DESPITE MY PRAYER< MY CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT ANY INQUIRY. SEEMS GOVERNMENT HAS SURRENDERED ITS SOVEREIGNTY TO PRIVATE OPERATORS SO THAT PUBLIC CAN BE LOOTED MERRILY. THE CORRUPT MANAGEMENT OF DELHI AIRPORT IS HAVING LICENCE TO LOOT WITHOUT ANY FEAR AS PRIME MINISTER CANNOT EVE QUESTION ITS MISCONDUCT DESPITE PUBLIC COMPLAINTS.

A visionary Prime Minister with a strong desire to improve the life of all citizen. However, corruption and inefficiency in Police and Drug authorities is an open secret that needs to be checked.
