Water supply is very bad. I have been paying water charges but I do not get water at all. One water department officer told me not to pay water bills!

considering all difficulties water supply to city is good. But must try to stop all illegal connection to slums .

Though BMC is doing a good job their failures can be attributed to political interference. Time to hand over water supply also to a Regulated private body like in the case of Power.
