A complaint suggest to have a look onto the company's business operation. The complaint was showing that the delivery was returned back but awaiting for the refund for the past 3 months. Another complaint regarding non supply of ordered material is "I have purchased a product and for more than one month I didn't get the product and they kept telling me we will be sending them soon and finally told me they cant send me the product and gave me coupon code to use. so I purchased another 2 products and same issue again didn't get the products and I wasn't even informed as to whats happening and I kept emailing and only answer I get we are so sorry and we will send you soon.

Product returned on 25-4-2017, but still waiting for our refund order no. M555352658, ON EMAILS and phone calls evertime they say your refund refund is initiated and will be credited in 7 days, but still not received.
and many times they also give us wrong transaction id no. which when checked with bank was fraudulent and they also asked and even taken our bank statement which is absolutely wrong, and illegal practise by such online companies". There are number of complaints of similar nature. One consumer waiting for the refund past 7 months.
The company has not even provided any details on their contact us page. When you click on contact us button, it takes you to FAQ where no address/phone/email is provided. The address and phone number as provided herein have been taken from other domains.

The nature of complaints suggests us to be extra careful in case someone want to buy the products.
