This needs effort by our Registering Authority and seller & purchaser of any Flat/House Plot . Corruption is rampant in Real estate from top to bottom , needs an efficient administrative step to stop such practice. Cash transaction restriction in right direction but is not the end . Unscrupulous element with huge Political clout could still make things worst. NaMo alone cant bring real reform, unless common man stands for irruption free INDIA....

Not uniform. Built up area have not being noted properly for the residential/commercial buildings built before 2K. Bureaucracy worked out here!
