I went to the DC's office to register my marriage and was hounded and harassed by the clerks there for a "gift of money". It was even more disgusting when one of the shameless clerks there walked 1/2 km behind me till the xerox shop begging me for money. I took pity on him, patted him on the shoulder, reminded him that he was in a comfortable, pensionable government job and walked away!
