There is no concept of customer service. Once you book the flat they provide absolute no assistance to their customers. They have developed a very intelligent process where once the flat is booked sales teams will hand over the account to Relationship manager RMs. Don’t get carries away with the name, these RMs will make you say that government workers are better than them. Most important thing ensure everything that is promised is obtained in writing. The RMs will simply not listen to promises made by sales teams.
Also do not expect any support from them for registration, only big builder that requires you to go and collect the registration documents, their argument is that they have 6000 flats if they can build so many flats and hire so many people for selling them cant they invest a little for having implants to aid customers.
They are like bank collection officer of old times… any delay and they will bomb you with interest and more interest and more interest….
I must admit that while the brand is huge, they don’t know C of Customer Service…. I will never recommend anyone to Lodha if they have any self-respect and are keen to keep that intact.

Very bad experience from Lodha Group,They take a compound interest on delayed payment from the customers but never give any compensation to customers for delayed possession. The sent demand letters weekly like court notices. Relationship manager was always busy and do not revert on any querry.

I got an absolutely third rate finish product for my premium apartment, for which I paid through my nose 1.6 crores. Lodha Builders only manages to mesmerise people, but that is all. Zero customer satisfaction.
I would have like to give a negative if that option was available any organization that does not respect their customers cannot build goodwill and trust.
