Highly mismanaged bank.My daughter transferred Rs 5000/- on 3rd March, 2017 in advance to open a new account but no executive came to open the account until I sent an email to CEO, Mr Uday Kotak and now after opening account after much hassle the amount Rs 5000/- received by the bank has not yet been credited into the account. It is also ridiculous to see that raising queries with the bank its Customer Care Department requires 5 working days to respond.
