Over two decades with KVB. They were providing excellent service to start with. But of late they have become difficult to deal with.transcations have become laborious and red tape abounds. The older set of bankers are either retired or have moved out.There are a whole bunch of kids out there who simply do not know what they are doing and hide behind regulations.No more bankers, only bureaucrats .

Senior Citizens PO / Bank scemes

Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.
