Their ATM service seems bad. At 63, I am comfortable using cheques. But my younger colleagues who use mainly ATM are all upset. In general, KVB's service is extremely better than most of the nationalized banks.

One of the best banks in India. You can find minor faults, but better than all public sector banks.

We use their Adyar Branch.

The one small fault of not enabling their system to automatically upgrade deposits to senior citizen catagory when renewed is making me with hold the last star! Public sector banks score only in this point! Surprisingly!
