Only Rs.2000/- given to account holders. Rs.500/- and lower denomination notes not available for account holder at Thakur Complex Branch. Many ATMs like one in Mind Space, Poinsur etc. are not yet working.

No one in the Kondhwa branch knows what they are doing, they do not know banking, are not committed to clients and do not care a hoot about them! Avoid this bank branch, although the Managing Director and his office are very polite and good.

Senior Citizens PO / Bank scemes

Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.
