Please find the details -
1 purchased LT modal hp pavilion 15 -P210tx on Date.27/04/2015
2 LT was taking too much time in booting so called customer care on 28/10/2015, who said they will come after 4 days (Prakash - 8130496805), since they could not resolve the issue , However the LT was working at the slowest possible speed
3 Matter escalated plus shouted on HP so engineer came on 28/10/2015,
4 He could not diagnose evern after putting windows 10 and revert to windows 8.1 finally he opned the saystem and damaged the H/D while opening on 28/10/2015 and I lost all may data. He did nto had sense to request me to take back up . he left after taking the damaged H/D
5 For 5 days HP had no clue what to do and finally they blamed me that I damaged HDD
6 They demanded Hard Disk replacement cost rs.10840.00 and when I escalated to CSS Service head since LT was under warranty / guarantee and their engineer damaged it . They realised their mistake and gave a free replacement with lot of customary apologies
7 Engineer came on with HDD on 06/11/2015 and changed HDD but left without completing work and making LT ready since there was some issue which he did not disclose and was completely lost even after making calls to some one
8 HP keep quiet for 3 days
9 Again complained on 09/11/2015 that issue is yet not resolved.
10 Then we were back to mails complaints coordinated with them till 26/11/2015, By then almost a month has passed
11 Engineer came on 27/11/2015 and opined that issue is still existed with HDD and this could be that replacement was done with possibly damaged or refurbished and ordered another HDD. (Mr. Joginder Singh – 8130496803)
12 Engineer came on 28/11/2015 replaced HDD and reinstalled OS but did not activate window and went back. (Engineer Mr. Joginder - 8130496803)
13 Now another some sernior engineer walks in and dis not disclosed his name came on 01/12/2015, spent some time and gone, kept LT on testing, could not find out what is wrong with LT so issue not sorted . We raised an issue with HP as they were compromising our secutiry by sending people who did nto have credecntials
14 Again Engineer Joginder came on 01/12/2015, troubleshoot system and run away without any service call report, he was lost as could not find out the reason why it is not wrokgin, so he went back
15 Now HP suggested that they will send some one daily from 9/12/15 so that he can check LT whole day and try to boot and check but did not clarify if we have to pay his salary . They also said that LT cant be used till they find flaw and rectify.
16 Got fed up and purchased Dell and this LT is lying for your R & D. Now we refused to entertain yoru enginend since we don’t space for him and he disturb our office staffs since most of the tiem he is talking on phone . we need to be paid for using our facility

Even i had the similar experience. I bought new LT from HP which started giving trouble . They kept on trying by changing parts for about 2 months. They say their policy do not allow to replace. Finally I gave up since I could not wait them to come every day to repair. Finally I give up and it is lying unused as junk. If I go to consumer forum it will take me ages
