1.water supply should be made daily to reduce storage of water, thereby reducing water wastage and reducing mosquito grooming places.
2. Summer water supply should be improved.
3. Water wastage on road side taps and slum places should be avoided to improving cleanliness and water wastage.
4. water logging in drains is common scene in all places of the city. It is worse in rainy season.

In Summer months the supply is erratic and mostly at the mercy of corrupt water attendants and supervisors, They take monthly bribes from Residential complexes and allow water supply as per their Wish. They do business with Government water supply in Summer. Independent houses and middle class colonies will suffer a lot.

Good in some places and worst in some areas. They pump water from one place and supply to others leading to water looting, with hand inbhand with Municipalities and Panchayats. Beeramguda od one such example.

the water supply position in hyderabad is pathetic. in some residential complexes, they charge 2000-3000 per flat to supply water. which is mostly poor quality Ground water. i got borewell water from some wells in himayat nagar tested . it is rich in flourine and in some cases contains bacteria . hence not fit for consumption. much of the ground water is recharged by the polluted water of hussainsagar. the best option is rain water harvesting which is far superior than ground water with few impurities. the krishna water scheme ihas deloped snags becaue of poor quality of works. expensive repairs are being undertaken to relay damaged pipes.

Pl replenish your ground water in your premises with possible site specific suitable RWH structures like IBW method to your existing or abandoned bore wells with the available rooftop/ selective surface rain water. The efforts for proposed site specific suiytable RWH structures is must even if you have assured supply from Govt Dept. The ground water table need to be augmented as our Hyderabad city is still dependent on ground water through bore wells by more than 50% for their daily utilities.

There is no fresh water supply in our complex in Kompally Secunderabad 500014. Water is being pumped from bore wells from the bed of a lake called 'Fox Sagar' which is a few kilometers away from our area of residence. The situation is grim. Any day there could be disruption of water supply for one of several reasons. Government is sleeping. It does not bother about the basic needs of the citizens

The water suppy in Kompally (Sree Vensai Projwects) is very poor. We are supplied bore well water from the lake nearby, but since the water levels have fallen drastically, we are forced to purchase water from tankers.
