Masjid Banda, in Kondapur , Hyderabad, We get water once in 3 days and only about 10 kl . We are billed for 50kl per day. All efforts to rectify this has gone in vain. We understand there is a water shortage, all we ask is bill us for the water supplied and not what was not supplied.

Very poor service. For our CAN No.617673783 (BULK WATER CONNECTION) during May-2016 just 6% of agreed quantity of 4960KL was supplied. But we were billed for 60% of agreed quantity of water. HMWSSB collected Rs. 78 lakhs for providing the connection; but connected to existing non-standard plastic pipes of 150mm dia instead of DI pipes and the joints in these plastic pipe lines burst very frequently and we received just 6% water supply; but had to pay for 60% of water supply with out getting water for no fault of us.
