Whole Telangana is raining and all the dams, rivers, reservoirs are filled but we jagadgiri gutta people getting municipal water once in five days only since last 4 years. Whenever we ask we receive same reply that the tank is under construction. If there is a leakage in supply from main valve we will not get water for one week also.
