Frequent Power outages!!

In K K Nagar, we have been facing problem in our house of getting one phase. The other two phases go off and we are forced to change phase and load one phase for power in the house. This has been the situation for the past three months. We were asked to change the cables from the near by transformer to our house, which we did. Even then one of the phase goes off quite often and when we make a complaint no action taken. We are also not sure, if our complaints get recorded.

this department is famous for its " off hand " dealings. It is totally corrupt and treats public as " DIRT " THEY ARE OUT TO SPOIL THE GOOD IMAGE OF THE CM.
