Post offices have become a very good customer friendly organisation so that pubic can keep hope and grow together without any worries

Post offices now have lot of hope for survival. Targets are also given.

Most of post offices are doing well. Initially a few are not doing well. The proper action has removed the problems

I am facing a challenge with respect to Fixed Deposit withdrawals here. Authorities are claiming that they cannot pay the amount in Cheque giving reasons of SBI and SBM merger! This is not correct and one cannot expect common people to carry large cash and deposit elsewhere. This is absolutely against Digital economy and cashless India our PM and we all envision for! Please take actions.
Also, I see lot of time consumed in rendering services, lack of customer satisfaction measures, digitization etc.
