Corporation Bank

i got good service from my branch

In my experience, generally Corporation bank is very good in their service, highly customer oriented, helpful and supportive staff. You are treated well when you enter the bank. The services are good; the work is done to your satisfaction. I have been to couple of branches. , All the branches are good in their services.

Service depends upon the Manager and staff of that branch. In some branches you will get very good service, whereas in other branches poor service. The attitude towards the customer has to be changed. For that the Bank has to create some guidelines for the staff.
