MY FAMILY IS IN GEETA COLONY FOR THE LAST 52 YEARS. PIPED WATER SUPPLY WAS PROVIDED IN 1966. DURING THOSE YEARS SUPPLY WAS 27x7 AND DURING YEARS WATER IN SUMMER MONTHS WAS COOL & WE DID NOT NEED ICE OR FRIDGE.& ALSO NO UTENSILS FOR STORAGE REQUIRED & FOR DRINKING WE OBTAINED DIRECT IN TUMBLERS. THIS WE ENJOYED TILL 1976. THEREAFTER
SUPPLY WAS ERRATIC AND NO FIXED TIMINGS FOR WATER SUPPLY NOW WE GET WATER FOR 2 HOURS IN THE EVENING & 2 HOURS IN MORNING & PRESSURE IS LOW FOR LIFTING WATER TO THE FLOOR HIGHER THAN GROUND FLOOR ONE HAS TO INSTALL PUMP AGAINST THE RULES OF THE DELHI JAL BOARD.

Quite good.

Waters comes for an hour in the morning in Mayur vihar extension and Chilla Gaon and the water pipes are broken hence ppl are buying water to drink and getting water born disease.

Water comes for one hour in morning and one hour in the evening. The pressure is low, therefore use of booster pump becomes necessary. If high pressure of water supply is possible,it will be good for all consumers and lot of electricity can be saved.
