Normally they are cheating the poor innocent people by creating bonus points but without redeeming whenever they go again for purchasing saying this must be requested specifically by the customer. Innocent people does not know this incurring loss for them.

If u choose a RED plan below ur avg billing amount, they tell u that u r not eligible. This is a lie. Escalate to nodal office & get any RED plan u want. Moreover relationship manager stops receiving ur call when he needs to provide u a solution on a mistake that the company made (like billing). Nodal office also refuses to help & says one must contact the relationship manager only. Big cheats make u go round & round constantly. My name is Rajesh Sonakiya, I am 42 years old person working in private organization at Vapi-Gujarat.
I would like to expose the online shopping stores named ZEPMART/RIDDHI ENTERPRISE associated with an online shopping service JUNGLEE.COM which a part of Amazon.

I am a regular customer of Amazon and buying many items from them by online shopping.

During this Diwali festival season I have placed order for purchase of one LG MAKE LED TV- MODEL LG 32LB5820 80 CM (32 INCHES) FULL HD LED SMART TV (SILVER) through JUNGLEE.COM by their seller ZEP MART on 9th November 15.

Before placing the order I have enquired following information:
1. Junglee.com- It’s a part and parcel of Amazon group which is largest online store in India, I have moved ahead on the basis of previous good buying experience from Amazon.
2. ZEP MART- This supplier was shown in online seller list of Junglee.com-Before placing order I have checked the information available with their site regarding their name/address/phone number/policy etc. and keeping trust on Junglee.com place the order to ZEPMART that JUNGLEE.COM have already registered this seller on their site so they might have verified all the details.
3. About the paynimo payment gateway - First time I was using this gateway so I tried to get confirmation about this payment gateway and after knowing it that this is a part of ICICI group I moved ahead.


After placing order on 9th November 2015 I have received the e-mail confirmation by ZEP MART on same day “payment for my order was received to them and order was completed but these is no communication afterward from this seller neither any SMs so I have called on their Customer care mobile number 08527953847 which was given in the Zepmart customer care details, my call was picked up by person spelled his name as Hitesh, he told that within 72 hrs. I will get the dispatch confirmation by email.
But still i don’t have any update on my purchase.
But no communication done by this seller I have called t their Customer care mobile number 08527953847 many times but continuously found switched off.
They are neither responding on e-mail nor phone calls.
Then I understand very well that I was trapped by online fraud ZEPMART/RIDDHI ENTERPRISE.
I have searched the complaint against this seller on internet and found that this seller not only cheated me there are so many other persons are cheated by online shopping stores named ZEPMART/RIDDHI ENTERPRISE associated with an online shopping service JUNGLEE.COM which a part of Amazon.
The duration of this fraud 5 November 2015 to approx. 20 November 2015.
They have looted people like us in these 15 days.
I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE COMPLAINT TO CYBER CRIME BRANCH OF DELHI AND GURGAON AND PRIME MINISTER PORTAL BUT THEY LEAST BOTHER ABOUT any common man because they don't know how the any person earning money and what he feels after such type of loot. They also know that facts such type of fraud person use this money for crime or illegal activities but they dam care of nation or its common people thats why not taking any action.

I had recently purchased Samsung washing machine with lot of false promises of Assured Gifts and vouchers worth Rs.5000 but i got the vouchers after one month of chasing and after I got it I found to my disgust that the discounts are given to the public without even the vouchers so talk about cheating the customers by using brand names.

THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CHEATS AND SCOUNDRELS. THE STAFF KEEP GOSSIPING, THEIR CASH COUNTER DOES NOT WORK. TWICE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. ONCE SOME CHANGE I HAD KEPT NEAR THE DOOR WAS PICKED BY THE GUARD MOST PROBABLY, SECOND TIME I HAD BROUGHT SOMETHING FROM OUTSIDE , RAN INTO A FRIEND, CHATTED WITH HIM, AND WHEN I REACHED HOME REALISED I HAD FORGOTTEN THE PACKET.NEXT I WENT THE STAFF GUY KEPT LYING INSPITE OF AGREEING THAT THEY HAD SEEN THE PACKET. HE KEPT TELLING THE OTHER STAFF GUY TO SAY THIS OR THAT(LIE), AND PROMPTING HIM. I AM REALLY FED OF THESE BUGGERS. I CONTEMPLETED TELLING THE NEAR POLICE STATION, BUT ITS A SMALL AMOUNT SO I JUST LET GO.

A group of people Chennai resident having bank account of Chennai Velachery taking money online and not providing service. Not responding after taking money. Lodged complaint to Chennai Police Ref No RCP1705391 online as I am currently in Orissa.
This is a clear case of cheating by a person residing in Chennai and having bank account there in Velachery where I was asked to transfer amount (Bank transaction screenshot also mentioned in below mail). I believe law and order is same for all in our country and lodging complaint with proof online is enough irrespective of victims location. Earlier I faced similar case 6 years back and MP Police helped me to get my money back so I don’t think it is mandatory to lodge the complaint with local police. Later I received call from Police saying I need to raise complaint with Orissa Police. The cheating case happened online and we get transferred frequently hence lodged the complained with all proofs (Email and bank transaction detail). It is very unfortunate that people from Chennai are cheating others and TN Police is just waving hand by asking to lodge complaint locally.
