On the face of it the service at Axis bank is good. But there is need to scrutinize what hidden agendas they have (which only expert CAs can tell)

I found no problem with Axis Bank, Kompally, Secunderabad 500100. The mobile as well as direct transactions are user friendly. They are courteous and helpful. They are quick.

Horrible customer service.Deducted IT for house wife inspite of form 15H/G given.We had to face querries from IT dept and correspond with proof to IT dept.Waste of time!

I go to axis bank at BSK 2nd stage in Bangalore. the bank is manned with young people and I have always had friendly and excellent service.
