12842 DN COROMONDAL EXPRESS

This is one of the best/ timely running train. Although the maintenance is not up to the mark, yet I have all appreciation for the train.

It is a good train and although super fast, yet it stops on many places. It is always crowded, for which neatness is affected.

Last month I was travelling from Bhubaneswar to Chennai and to my surprise, the maintenance of the latrine even in AC Ii tire coach is very bad. The private maintenance staff should be advised properly. Some of the plugs in the coaches are not working and I have already submitted a complaint and so far the acknowledgement has not come from Railway.

This is a demand train and the journey time is very less. Some more trains of this variety will help.

The train is one of the best train the East Coast Railway, but there should be improvement in the coaches and facilities should be improved.

The coaches and more particularly the latrines needs to be cleaned properly. Why can not the pricing and quality of food in pantry should be equal to Rajadhani Express.

12678 YPR Khamokya AC Express- No proper cleaning of coaches and toilets. Linen provided were also dirty. Fixtures of toilets were not working properly (mainly water taps). Many times no water was available.

Bangalore Chennai - Double Decker
The food served is bad. Over and above that the vendors don't give back the changes.They promise to get back and never turn back. Few of the stuff looks to be reheated and served.

The coramondal mostly runs in time. We must feel proud of the train. However the catering and the coach maintainence need improvements.
