12273 Howrah -New Delhi Duronto Express

It was one of the best train from HWH to NDLS till the new time is implemented. Why this train is routed via PATNA? The are numerous trains to Patna from Delhi. 90% of trains moving from Anand Vihar goes to Patna. Still this is routed through Patna. Previously rating would be 4/5. Now 1/5 becos of time and worst service.

Never on time, 1st AC passengers are served lousy oily food, toilets dirty smells.

Worst Food supplied other than supplied at New Delhi Station. Mostly delayed and for this only 2 Biscuits are allotted for SL class travellers. Needs to upgrade the food and try to run in time. Lot of W/L passengers travelling in the train by paying a hefty amount to TTE. For this the safety and comfort of valid passengers are in danger.
