The builders have disappointed all the buyers in several ways and the final demand of interest @24% for delayed payments has put the buyers in a tight spot. The offer for possession was delayed for more than 4 years and the promised amenities are missing.

We too are suffering with same problems with BPTP.It is almost seven years,I had booked a 2BHK flat in the "RESORT" FARIDABAD,for which 100% payment had been charged in June 2012 inclusive of the maintenance charges for one year.But there is no hope of possession even in near future.Is it not a cheating on the part of Builder.
