It is a good beginning but let us see how well it is executed and whether ordinary people are benefitted to the extent that they should be. Let there be clear instructions to the intended passengers about the detailed modalities. I am surprised that India which boasts so much of its IT capabilities should lag behind in a transparent booking system in the Railways. more

still the issue is not solved what prevented the folded hands tight minister to cancel the tatkal tickets to agents booking and only individual with aadhaar will be allowed to book .Hope now the fake aadhar nos will not crop up and bookings will be done on those behalf more
